Q: Is this really free?
A: Yes.

Q: Do I need to download special software to create a free 3-D Heading?
A: No. A connection to the Internet and a browser is all you need.

Q: I am clicking on the buttons, and nothing is happening.
A: This program uses pop-ups to preview your image and for selecing fonts, styles, and colors. Disable your pop-up blocker while your are using the 3-d heading maker.

Q: Can I create a header using a Mac?
A: Yes. If you are on a Mac using Netscape, double click on the buttons to get the header maker to work. If you are using IE, you only need to click on the buttons once, but neither browser on a Mac allows for changing the color. Safari seems to support the color-changing feature.

Q: The image saves as a .png. What do I do now?
A: If you wish to use the image for print, just insert the image into your project. If you wish to use the image on the Web, convert the image to a .jpg or .gif. You can use any editing program that supports .png files.

If you do not have a graphics editing program and are on a computer running the Windows platform, you can convert the image using your Paint program. Click on Start>All Programs>Accessories>Paint. Open the image and 'Save As'. There may be some color loss depending on the format you choose.
